Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products. To make sure our products reach you properly we introduced signed delivery. The cost is £4.20 and is only deliverable in the United Kingdom. 

The products generally arrive 3-5 Business days, however sometimes may take longer if there are any problems or circumstances. We have a customer service line if any problems occur and will sort it out if anything occurs. A tracking ID will be send out so you can track your delivery and know the day it is arriving. 

 

Once the order has been placed we cannot change the delivery address and it is their responsibility to deliver the item to the address. If you are not in they will might leave a note stating they came. If you are unable to take delivery it is your responsibility to arrange a collection and we cannot help you with this. 

Collection Policy

We offer a collection server from our store in Queensbury. You can order online and collect the next day whenever we are open. Our open days are subject to change in the case of any event. We will hold your product for up to 5 Business days. If it not collected we will cancel the order and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
